Enabling parents to develop an effective “toileting plan” that leads towards independent toileting.
Duration
3 x 1.5 hour sessions
Goals
- Provide information on toilet training in early childhood
- Strategies to assist toilet training
- Facilitate preparation of a toilet training plan for your child
- Monitor progress as needed
Sleep Wise
Enabling parents to develop a “sleep plan” that leads towards independent sleeping
.
Duration
3 x 1.5 hour sessions
Goals
- Increase knowledge of children's sleep
- Promote positive sleep practices
- Types of sleep disturbance
- Provide strategies for intervention
- Facilitate preparation of a sleep plan for your child
